About LFG

Landmark Facilities Group, Inc. was founded in 1988 as a professional engineering firm by a team of professional engineers long experienced in systems design, who’s stated mission was to provide high quality services in the disciplines of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems design. Their consistent attention to detail resulted in a loyal client base that continues to grow, and a conscientious staff that seeks to fulfill the mission statement with each project.

Over the years Landmark Facilities Group, Inc. has expanded in terms of capabilities, staff size, and number of clients. Our design team has grown to twenty employees, most of which are licensed professional engineers. Most of the employees have been with the company for over five to ten years, which ensures a stable workforce for our clients.

A large part of our in-ternal corporate growth goals revolves around professional advancement. We encourage our employees to continually improve their skills and seek professional registration. We are pre-sently registered to practice engineering in over 20 states.

Landmark Facilities Group headquarters is located in Norwalk, Connecticut which is centrally located to serve its national and international clients. A second satellite office is located in Columbus, Ohio which presently serves the East and Central United States.

Our clients include national corporations in the Fortune 500 Group. We have designed sys-tems for more than 600 owner/architect clients during the past 20 years. Over 500 facilities have been newly designed or renovated ranging from 1,000 to 2,000,000 square feet in size. The firm is professionally licensed to perform MEP/FP designs throughout the first two time zones as well as other selected states in the western region.

The success of Landmark Facilities Group, Inc. is due primarily to our recognition that engi-neering consulting and design must be responsive to the needs of the client. We work closely with architects, owners, and building maintenance staff to develop integrated solutions to the various challenges faced as part of the design process.

Our services range from condition surveys, and analysis of existing systems to complete de-sign of new facilities. We have invested in a wide variety of instrumentation to assist us in evaluating existing facilities, such as data loggers for trending temperature and mold risk, air and fluid flow measuring devices, and electrical measurement devices. We use computer modeling to aid in our analysis of existing systems as well as in new design work. Heating and cooling load calculations are accomplished using industry standard software, and all design drawings are generated on a computer-aided design and drafting system using the latest version of Auto Cad. Specifications are generated using the AIA Master spec or using the client’s standard specifications. Using technology to our advantage, we are able to provide an unparalleled level of service whether working on a small room renovation or a major con-struction campaign.
